Hi and welcome to JustAnswer.com. My name is XXXXX XXXXX I will assist you with your issues.Have you tried to uninstall and reinstall Office?
No because I have NO idea where the discs are anymore (Ive moved my residences since I first loaded the programs on the computer)
what you can do is go to Control Panel->Programs and Features->select Microsoft Office and click Repair
can I do that NOW?
while you are here?
k one second
I think I have to go to CHANGE first right?
There is no repair option right away
a browse folder came up
it says Browsse for folder
what the heck!
it is trying to find the installation disc to repair.
when did this occur?
its VERY odd
I have no idea why all of a sudden there is this problem. But I'm a real estate agent and need it fixed!
What you can do is to do a system restore.
Go to START->All Programs->Accessories->System Tools. You will see System Restore here. RIGHT CLICK on System Restore and select Run as administrator.Select the date BEFORE the issue started. Then proceed with the restore.
um NO because I cant be 100% sure of the date and I do a lot of work on my computer. I do not want anything to happen to the work I have done since then
I cant believe all the problems I have been having with Microsoft in the past couple of years this is ridiculous.
so the only option is to find my Microsoft office disk?
one second let me take a very quick look
okay I have one here... but unsure if its for my computer or my husbands. Is there a way to confirm the product key first?

But I dont see it in the list
everything looks like a 2010! Grrrr this is so frustrating.
