MrWeb :

Are you trying to upgrade from 2003 to 2007? Does it give this message when you try to install spa?

MrWeb :

sp 2 not spa

No Im just trying to install Office 2007

MrWeb :

This error generally means that the installation is an update rather than a full Setup. In this case you might be installing Office 2007 SP1 or SP2 rather than the complete Office 2007 SP2 package. For these service packs to install you need an existing installation of Office 2007.
