We purchased Office Professional Academic 2010 and did not

Customer Question

We purchased Office Professional Academic 2010 and did not see that we were supposed to activate within 30 days. Is it too late to activate on both of my computers?

Hello and thank you for using JustAnswer. My name is Kevin and I will be assisting you today.

You can still activate your is how to do it:

Open up one of the products on the suite, like Word or Excel.

The Office 2010 Activation Wizard appears when you start the Office program that has not been activated. It will walk you through the activation steps.

If that does not work, open Word or Excel. Click the file menu, click Help, and see the section under the Microsoft Office logo. If text "Product is not activated" text appears, click Change. Walk through the steps to activate.

I did write back to you.

Here it is again.

I did not know our program was already validated.....

I did not need additional validation.
