Resolved Question:

I downloaded Microsoft Office click-to-run 2010 in April 8, 2011, I tried to get rid of the darn thing so many times, and I know I tried to speak to one of Microsoft office people as well....no response back. What the hell do I do to get it off my computer? Dave

is there a way to restart everything and start all over, I dont want any of my pictures removed, but if I have to then I will!! Dave

I do not understand your last question.
Customer: replied 5 years ago.
I want to start all over with Windows 7, but I would like my pictures to stay if possible. Can I do that? And where do I do that from?
Expert:  Jason Jones replied 5 years ago.

Oh ok.

That requires you to first make a backup of your files that you want to keep.

Once you do that, you can use the system restore cds that came with the computer and install Windows from there.
