MS Access 2010- Adding records to subform table

Customer Question

Using MS Access 2010.  Using subforms to add records to subform table. If there are no records in the subform table related to the parent form table, then I want to add a record with the same record ID as the Id for the parent record. There is a one to one relationship with both tables on the record ID.

This is an urgent project for a course I am doing on Permaculture. I am creating a plant database. The problem I posted I managed to resolved myself, so I do not need your help for that anymore. Thanks anyway. But, since I did not get help on time for that, I wonder if I could use my credit to make other questions that I may have within the next fortnight! I have done programming in the past (my old job, retired now), but never on Access, therefore I am a bit slow with it. I do find it pretty powerful though, this version of 2010, I managed to create a pretty powerful system without a line of code written by myself, all using relationships and field placements and forms and tables from Access! happy so far .... Hope to get this finish in time for my exam!
