Great then do this

 

Click start >Control Panel >Add /Remove Programs

 

On the left Click Add/Remove Windows Components , then Click Tick Outlook Express

 

Click Next and it will Install

I did as you suggested. Nothing happened. I restarted the computer, still it didn't show up.
