Hello, my name is ***** ***** I'm here to help get your problem solved.

The Manifold Absolute Pressure (MAP) sensor is an integral part of the Exhaust Gas Recirculation (EGR) valve. Here are replacement instructions for EGR. Let me know if you have questions, thanks.

Is the MAP sensor the same as the EGR valve? Am I to replace the MAP sensor by pulling the EGR?
Expert:  Dan replied 2 months ago.

The Map sensor is built into the EGR so they are the same thing. Let me know if you have questions, thanks.

Ever get it figured out? Thanks
