Hello. My name is ***** ***** I will be assisting you today. Do you have a check engine light on in the vehicle? Have you scanned the vehicle for codes?

A few things could be happening here... You may not be getting any fuel or spark, which both may be corrected at times by replacing a fuse. You may have a bad cam or crank sensor preventing the vehicle from starting. Have you tested the fuses yet?
