Hello, my name is ***** ***** I'm here to help get your problem solved.

A single click usually means the starter has failed. You can start by monitoring battery voltage, it should maintain at least 11v while trying to start if not replace battery. If good monitor voltage on both of the wires going to starter while trying to start, they should also show at least 11v. If voltage is good at starter this means the new starter has failed. If you had work done at a shop they will most likely replace for free. If you did it yourself, starter will be covered under warranty. Let me know if you have more questions, thanks.
