Hi, I am Mike, welcome. I'm reviewing your question.

If the battery is fully charged and the lights come on, why would you think that the alternator is bad and that something is draining the battery?

OK, I read where you tried to charge the battery. How long did you charge it and at how many amps?

How did it fail 30 seconds later? What makes you think it failed?
