The switch in the trunk is in the on position. It seems like a computer issue. Or maybe it could be an issue with the ride height sensor but I'm not sure that would be an issue. I've also unhooked the battery for a half hour to try resetting the computer. nothing has worked.

any codes in the body control?

Customer: replied 11 months ago.
There were no codes about air suspension when I had it scanned.
Customer: replied 11 months ago.
No thanks on the phone call. I can do most of the work. I just need help narrowing down the problem. It seems to be the computer but I'm not sure.
Customer: replied 11 months ago.

does your scan tool have bcm functions?

Customer: replied 11 months ago.
I had it scanned at an autoparts store. I'm not sure if they did that but I could have them do it again.
Customer: replied 11 months ago.
I know I can take it to have it scanned, but do you know what the issue could be? Is there a certain sensor or hidden part that could be bad?

usually they are basic code readers that will not do it... are the bags dry rotted and leaking?

Customer: replied 11 months ago.
The bags are good. They hold air for 2 or 3 months before they need to be reinflated.
