Hello, it cranks over normally until you wear down the battery when it needs a jump to start? Have you changed any other parts or had a diagnostic check for codes done with a scan tool? It doesnt appear to have any vacuum leaks?

it cranks over normally and is fine until put in drive or reverse. I have to give it a lil gas when in neutral and slide it into gear give more gas and it stays running but when it comes time to stop i have to put it in neutral or else it will die. It doesn't always need a jump only sometimes. And no haven't changed any other parts and no haven't done diagnostic check. And no no vaccume leaks

Ok on the side of the throttle body is the idle tracking motor, with it running at idle if its working properly, if you unplug it the engine idle should drop or stall, if it doesnt change theres a good chance it is stuck or bad. If this checks out ok a diagnostic check for codes need to be done to see if there are any other codes stored and inspect transmission fluid level and condition as well as linkage to make sure it is intact and freely moving properly, and bro***** *****nkage or issues with that can cause issues as well
