Is there a theft light flashing?

I'm Chris, Thanks for allowing me to help you here on Just Answer.

No pulse means you have a passive anti theft system fault or a cam sensor not telling the PCM when to fire the fuel injectors. You first step is to monitor the theft light, flashing rapid (180 times a minute) means its a PATS fault. Not flashing while starting is most likely the cam sensor.
