I have a 2003 mercury mountaineer. I've had my front differential replaced twice its a awd. I wanna know is it anyway that I can have the front differt. removed or turn it to a 2wd?

Yes you can remove all of the front axle assembly and the axle shafts and the front driveshaft and you will have a 2wd vehicle. I have actually done this task on 2 where as the customers requested it.
