A 93 model does not have a relay. It is feed by a 40 amp fuse in the engine compartment fuse panel to the headlamp switch, then thru the multifunction switch to the headlamp bulbs.

This is usually caused by the headlamp switch. It has a 22 amp circuit breaker in the switch and it is kicking on and off probably due to a loose or corroded terminal at the headlamp switch itself.
