Hello Customer'm Chris, a current Ford Lincoln Mercury employee.

Thanks for visiting Just Answer. I will do my very best to help you resolve your concerns.

Has it failed on all speeds?

On your climate control are there buttons or are there knobs?

Customer: replied 8 years ago.
It is an automatic temperature control system and the blower will not work either on automatic or manually. And yes, it has failed on all speeds.

OK we are going to be testing the relay, blower, EATC speed controller, relay and fuses in this pinpoint test.
