What parts were replaced, when did this occur, are you fixing this yourself or having a shop do this work?

Ok here are the test steps
if the adjuster magnet is ok, and there are no codes for sensors then the camshaft may need replaced, the last ditch effort is to remove the adjuster and see if the laser markings are ok . since there is no code for another camshaft it tells me the timing chain is ok.
