Hi David, this is most likely going to be a fault with the sunscreen motor itself. There are limit switches in the motor that tell the motor when the screen is fully opened or closed. You can try to reinitialize the motor by pressing and holding the switch to lower the motor and continue to hold the switch an additional 3 seconds after it reaches the bottom. Repeat the procedure in the up position. If you have no success you will need to replace the sunscreen motor.
