JA: Are you fixing your S430 yourself? What have you tried so far?
Customer: yes thought is just the bulbs I se online about a Signal Acquisition Module possible being the problem
JA: Anything else you want the mechanic to know before I connect you?
Customer: Don't think so.

Hello my name is***** am an ASE Master Technician and I am glad to help you with your question.

You will need a volt meter and a wiring diagram to diagnose, I would check all the fuses for the headlight bulbs first. It could also be a module problem. I can send you a wiring diagram if you need one.

A wiring diagram would be great. I believe headlights are in both right and left fusebox

If you had the dealer or similar scan tool you could go into the SAM modules as they both have CAN communication lines going to them. You also should check power and grounds at these modules.
