Hi, my name is***** will need to manually raise the roof then check the fluid level in the pump and make sure that the pump is actually running. Sometimes just raising the roof manually will solve the problem but you need to make sure that you haven't lost the hydraulic fluid due to a leak in the system. Instructions to raise the roof manually are in your owners manual.

Let me know if you have any questions.
