Hi, my name is***** are fuses for the headlights in the fuse panel located at the end of the dash on the driver's side. Check all of those fuses and see if any are blown. If all fuses are good you will need to test for power to the headlight wires when you turn the headlights on. If you have no power to the wires you may have a bad headlight switch. If you do have power to the headlight wires you may still have a fault with the wire harness or the bulbs.

Let me know what you find out.
