Hi, welcome to Just Answer. My name is***** this fault code is typically caused by a faulty camshaft adjuster. When the adjuster fails it will set this fault code for incorrect camshaft position. In some cases the timing chain. If the engine is noisy it is very possible that the timing chain and tensioner will need to be replaced along with the camshaft adjuster. Low oil level or sludge buildup in the engine can also cause this problem.
