Hi, my name is***** to the right side headlamp and fog lamp comes directly from the front SAM. You need to check the connectors at the front SAM and check the wiring between the SAM and the lamps. If the connections and wiring look good you will need to replace the SAM.

Let me know if you have any questions.

what is the sam and where is it locaded
Expert:  Marty replied 9 months ago.

The SAM is a Signal Acquisition Module. It receives inputs from the switches and modules and relays them to the lights and other accessories. The SAM is under the main fuse box under the hood.

if i replace the sam does it require reprogramming
Expert:  Marty replied 9 months ago.

A new one requires programming. A used one from the same model with the same part number will not require programming.
