Hi, this problem is caused by a faulty PSE module located behind the paneling in the left side of the trunk. Fuse 62 in the rear fuse box below the passenger side rear seat powers the PSE module. Check the fuse and see if it's blown. If the fuse is blown you can try replacing it and see if the PSE module works. If the fuse is good you can try reinserting it into the fuse box and see if the PSE module resets. I've attached a fuse box diagram below.
