Air condition vents passenger side and driver side inop.

Customer Question

air condition vents passenger side and driver side inop. Fell apart.
JA: How long has this been an issue? How many miles are on the car?
Customer: 56000
JA: What is the model/year of your Mercedes?
Customer: 2012 ml350
JA: Are you fixing your ML350 yourself? What have you tried so far?
Customer: I have found somebody that glue the parts back together. But their should be a service bulletin on this. My collora has the same vents and i have't had any problems with them.
JA: Anything else you want the mechanic to know before I connect you?
Customer: no
