Electrical system seems to have shut down in entire car.

Customer Question

Electrical system seems to have shut down in entire car. Includes starting.
JA: Will the headlights turn on? Is the battery fully charged?
Customer: Battery is charged. No lites.
JA: What is the model/year of your Mercedes?
Customer: 2000 ml430
JA: Are you hoping to fix this yourself? What have you tried so far?
Customer: Trying to determine if there is a main fuse in the system.
JA: Anything else you think the mechanic should know?
Customer: Prior to this it would shut off after running about half hour. Then after sitting about ten minutes it would crank up and run fine.
JA: OK. Got it. I'm sending you to a secure page on JustAnswer so you can place the $5 fully-refundable deposit now. While you're filling out that form, I'll tell the Mercedes Mechanic about your situation and then connect you two.
