Hi, my name is***** the key into the trunk lock and rotate the tumbler as far as it will go in the counterclockwise direction. Hold the key in that position and push in on the lock button. If that doesn't work there is a problem with the linkage in the trunk. In that case you will have roadside assistance jump start the car from the terminals under the hood on the passenger side fender. With the car running and the doors unlocked the vacuum lock should unlock the trunk.
