Hi, my name is***** is unlikely that replacing the fluid will solve this problem. If the steering is hard to turn you probably have a weak power steering pump or a plugged power steering filter. You could try replacing the reservoir which contains the filter first. If that doesn't help you will probably need to replace the pump. The belt tension should also be checked. A slipping belt could also cause the problem.
