ok, have you tried manually shifting gears from 1-6? to see if the revs change?

ok you need to watch the turbo actuator to see if the vanes are being turned off, there is a rod that functions the turbo , if there is a issue then the ecm will shut off the turbo.

if the rpms are cutting off then there has to be fault code, stored or current. what kind of scanner are you using if any?
