Customer Question

This morning it was snowing, went to start mymbz, it cranked for about 2 seconds, now it sounds like the starter is turning but not the engine, what can be the problem?

Hi, my name is***** battery voltage or a bad starter motor could be the problem. The cold weather can affect the engagement of the starter. I'd try connecting a jumper battery to the car and see if the starter will engage the flywheel. If you have no success you may need to replace the starter. If the weather warms up you might be able to get the starter to engage.
