Hello and welcome to JustAnswer!

It's going to take some electrical testing at the time the problem is happening to know for sure what is going on. The module that controls the top i seeing that the top isn't closed. The module watches switches to know the state of components and it's seeing a component not in a closed state, such as the header latch.

If there are no visible problems with any of the top and header components then what will first need to be done is see if any fault codes have set. If not then a scan tool can be used to monitor data at the time the warning is on to see why the module believe the top isn't secure and then it can be diagnosed from there. The header latch switch will be the most likely cause for this.
