Hi, my name is***** need to erase the fault codes in the Airmatic module before the module will activate the relay again. Have you done that yet?
What are you scanning it with?
Which terminals in the relay connector have power?
It sounds like you have a bad relay or no power to terminal 30.
Does the compressor turn on if you jump 30 to 87?
What part number did you use for the relay?
Can you activate the compressor with your Solus?
Does your scanner give you the option to activate the scanner under activations or actuations?
Is the car low or at normal level?
Is the car at normal ride height or is it bottomed out?
Try jacking the car up to where it is almost level but still a little low and see if the compressor will start.
It needs to be on the ground slightly below normal ride height.
Does the fault code only set if you remove the relay or does it also set with the relay installed?
Have you inspected the ride height sensors? Can you look at the sensor values on your Solus?
I'd also suggest trying another relay. I have a relay tester that raises the relay up out of the box and enables you to probe the terminals to see if it is being activated. You could make up some jumper leads to get the relay out of the box and then test across terminal 85 and 86 for 12V when the compressor should be on. It seems to me as though the module is activating the relay since it sets the fault code when you remove it. It would be nice if your scan tool could activate the compressor.
