Hello. Is the entire car locked ? Doors , hood , trunk ?
I am here give me a second
Does the car have battery power or is it dead
I understand your frustration No worries
So when you pull the trunk switch or press it rather the trunk does not open or making a clicking noise?
Is the trunk lock slot facing up and down or left and right
Oh ok. So it was locked until aaa
And you have no METAL keys for the car ?
And bear with me I'm not trying to waste your time I just need to ask him questions to understand what we can do to get into there with the least amount of damage
Ok is the car at home ? I need a few to check a diagram to see if we can manually pop the trunk. Worst case we need to drill the lock cylinder in the trunk to pop it. It won't damage the lid but obviously will damage the lock
Lol I inderstand. I'm working fast. I'm trying. Be right back.
Ok can you pull up your backseat and find the pse pump. Should be under the seat on the passenger side black pump with yellow vacuum lines in grey foam case.
My thinking is , pull up the seat , access the lines. We can then blow air or vacuum each line till we find the one that will pop the trunk.
The lines have designations on them but they are in German. I am not in the office at the moment so I cannot look up the good info my apologies. I'll see what I can find.
Ok one may say "heck " for trunk. Again I hope the pump is under the seat it should be but I don't have the info in front of me. The seat just pops up there is a finger release on both front corners under the seat
Ok I don't know about any Allen wrench trick. But see if you can access the pump.
Oh I gotcha. Need something to create pressure and vacuum. Some parts stores sell a vacuum pump that creates pressure and vacuum.
Hi, perhaps I can help. The PSE pump is in the trunk on this car. You won't be able to open the trunk that way. I'd suggest that you either order a metal key or a complete new key from the dealer. If you order the metal key you can use it in the trunk lock to open the trunk. You really should have a spare key for situations like this. I'd suggest ordering the complete new key.
