i hav e a mercedes e320 and accidentally put transmission fluid in the engine now it is smoking seems to be putting oil directly into the exaust

The transmission fluid has to be drained from the engine. Engine can be overfilled at the moment as well.
I suggest to flush it by replacing the oil one more time after 100 miles.

Since the transmission fluid has different viscosity and burning temperature, it can burn in the combustion chamber, causing a lot of smoke. If not replaced, the piston rings can get stuck from carbon deposits.
