I replaced the evaporator sensor blew real cold for one hour than back to the on again off again some days it works for an hour or two than other days it won't work no matter what

Hi, you will need to check for fault codes and check the actual values in the system when it is malfunctioning. Low refrigerant could cause the intermittent operation and a bad compressor or compressor clutch could also cause the problem.
