eurotec :

Hi, if the driver's side window will not work the top will not work either.

eurotec :

Check the fuses in the trunk fuse box. Fuse 1 and 2 are for the windows. Remove and inspect them.

eurotec :

I'd check all of the fuses there.

eurotec :

If the fuses are good you may have a bad window switch or motor.

Customer:

I did check the fuses. The problem occured when I stopped to get the mail.

eurotec :

Did you remove the fuses? They are prone to poor connections.

Customer:

I replaced one of the fuses. It happened when I pushed the window switch to roll down the whole way without holding the switch down. I hear the window do a little something everytime I turn key on/off and try the switch.

eurotec :

ok

eurotec :

you need to synchronize that window.

eurotec :

Close the door and turn the key on.

Customer:

ok

eurotec :

press very gently on the switch until the window is all the way down and continue to hold the switch an additional 3 seconds.

Customer:

then what

eurotec :

repeat the procedure in the up direction.

eurotec :

the window should then be synchronized.

eurotec :

only press gently on the switch to the first click

Customer:

I'll go try it now

eurotec :

ok

Customer:

Messed with fuses again. got window up, haven't tried top yet, I'll try tomorrow. so thanks for now
