I have a 89 Mercedes-Benz 560SEL for some reason the alarm keeps going off. Not sure what to do?

eurotec : Hi, this is usually due to a bad alarm module The simplest thing to do is just disconnect the alarm module. The module is located under the plastic footrest panel at the front of the passenger side footwell. Remove the carpet and the plastic panel and disconnect the two plugs from the alarm module. The alarm module usually says Becker on it. It is a long module with two plug connectors.
