recomend checking the fault codes in the engine module with a scanner.
the problem could be bad ignition wires,there are 12 wires and the MB price is $30 and $35.hopefully you wont need the coil pack which cost$200 each and there are 6.
every 100,000miles the spark plugs have to be replace if not then this start happening engine misfire and you will spend more money than if you would have replace the spark plugs.
if there are more the 3 misfire codes i recomend replacing the spark plugs and the wires.
