Hello, I had been falsely accused of sth before 9 month and I had learnt a lot of self reflection and master awareness of my thoughts and other since I had not a lot of choice and spent most time at home b/c I couldn’t get employed so socializing had been hard, now and as time went I figured out how to adapt to this circumstances, I had set up activities for me in to pursue my passion and all , but you know there are voices in my head sometimes at night saying you don’t have a girlfriend and your getting older while I am in the process of this times and what is the best way to deal with this?

There is a little peer pressure when I walk by city and see couples enjoying themselves and I see myself alone, I am comfortable in my own skin but it sometimes feel life is beautiful when you enjoy it with someone and am single, I also find hookups a dangerous feat for my well-being

Have you tried dating apps? I know its probably been recommended. But it is very popular. I would also encourage you engage in activities such as a community service organization or sports group where other singles may gather. It does not matter if you have money, just an open mind and heart!

That is normal to feel such a bond but not going to happen with any therapist. It would cause a thearpist to lose their license and livelihood.

I think regardless of what you want from a female partnership , it helps to surround yourself with opportunities to meet them. Co-ed sports are often same aged people. Other activities such as the gym, civic groups and bars can offer a variety of aged women but still women nonetheless.
