For professional psychotherapy, the best professionals you could find are "counseling psychologists" (Ph.D. and Psy.D.) and marriage and family therapists -MFT. Both are specialized in psychotherapy. These are the best-educated professionals capable of providing therapy for mental health disorders. Psychiatrists are physicians trained in psychiatric evaluations and psychotropic drugs; they are not psychotherapists.

Be aware that a credential does not ensure the professional is truly good at their job, like with any profession; you will find good, mediocre and bad people in this field — those with doctorate degrees or licenses, who should never work supporting people with counseling or psychotherapy, and those with lower-level education but who have aptitudes, vocation, and empathy to be excellent in the field.
