Well, five is the very youngest you can be diagnosed. What you are describing sounds more like anxiety than adhd.
I would give her a chance to adjust to having to sit and listen in a classroom setting for the first time. It is a bog transition, especially for these kids that haven't had the social and emotional experiences because of covid.
I would not be too concerned yet.
All the kids are behind where they would normally be.
If her symptoms continue and you think she needs to be evaluated, I would start by speaking with the pediatrician.
