I was in a bad place last month, and I feel like a different version of me but the weak one. My hands can't stop shaking if I remember the bad things that happened to me, and I couldn't stop crying even though my mind says stop but it won't. I keep on biting my hands, slapping my face, and punching myself so I can stop thinking. I want myself to stop doing it.
JA: The Psychologist can help. Just a couple quick questions before I transfer you. How long has this been a concern? Have you spoken to a mental health professional about this?
Customer: 1 month, and I haven't spoke to mental health professional.
JA: How have you been sleeping? Any changes in appetite?
Customer: I was having trouble with the time of my sleep, I always sleep late (3 am or 4 am then wake up time is 1 pm). At first, when I saw newly cooked food it looks appetizing but when I start to eat, I don't enjoy the taste of the food even though it was my favorite food that my Mom prepared for me
JA: Anything else in your medical history you think the Psychologist should know?
