    I am considering pursuing online therapy to address secondary/vicarious trauma. Cost is a big concern, as I have very limited finances. Do you have any recommendations for resources?
    JA: The Psychologist can help. Just a couple quick questions before I transfer you. How long has this been a concern? Have you spoken to a mental health professional about this?
    Customer: A couple of months. I have not.
    JA: How have you been sleeping? Any changes in appetite?
    Customer: Thank you for asking. Typical for the most part. No major or consistent changes that seem to be of big concern.
    JA: Anything else in your medical history you think the Psychologist should know?
    Customer: Not that I can think of. I have no history of anxiety, depression, or any mental health issues or concerns.
