I need a psychiatrist to evaluate me for full mental capacity to sign legal documents

My fiance and I do not plan on having a large wedding. A good friend of his recently got ordained so he could marry a family member. We wanted to use his friend to officiate our wedding. Unfortunately, his friend has become ill and we're not sure how long treatment, etc. will take. I was hoping to get married next month, however, my fiance wants to put our wedding on hold until his friend is better. We have know idea when this will be. I'm not sure how I feel about waiting an indefinite amount of time to get married. I suggested keeping our date and using someone else. My fiance did not like that idea. I don't know what to do now. Any suggestions on how to solve this difference of opinion?

I am in the army. What is the best way to tell your commanding officer you do not trust or work well with another officer of the same rank that is technically under my command but she doesn’t care/respect my authority? I have a full list of instances of where she has been insubordinate, lack of effort & care - no team player mentality
