Hello i have daily anxiety...
Hello i have daily anxiety and daily erratic irritability. Which daily supplements/vitamins can help decrease these symptoms? I am just looking for a vitamin to add to my diet that can help with these symptoms. I'm already treating them appropriately but I would like to try and adding vitamins to my diet to help in areas but I may be lacking which could be contributing to the symptoms.

Your question is a very good one. There are a variety of vitamins and herbs that I recommend to my clients. You may want to do more research on B12. B12 deficiency can cause almost any psychiatric symptom-from anxiety and panic. This is because B12 deficiencies trigger symptoms in the nervous system and red blood cells. Also look into Fish oil. Fish oil is rich in omega-3 fatty acids, a major building block in optimal brain chemistry. Also. Vitamin D. For natural herbs you can try that I will share next.

Valerian root, Chamomile, Passion Flower, Lavender and Lemon balm are some of the most effective natural substances to help with anxiety. It is always recommended that you talk to a certified herbalist or your doctor when adding supplements to your daily routine to assure you are taking the best dose,etc. for you.
