My symptoms is sleep disturbance, continous worry ,fatigue
frquent headache and sinus issue and premature ejaculation.This symptoms for more than 5 years.Symptoms worsen by work pressure , sexual intercourse any activity cause stress like driving or even home activties like cleaning .Age 37 male chemical engineer
I had medication 2013 (paxiel)for one year .
Symptoms improved by 50 % then stopped .I feel that i am viscus cycle

Stopping or weaning off paxil last time was a nightmare so i would prefer no to go with medication option again.
Unfortunately no one here in the city i live counseling sessions . I was wondering is this could be done online . What about online CBT?
Can self help information be enough to treat anxiety?

Yes . You can definitely do self help online and actually, behavioral strategies for managing anxiety can be equally effective to using medications. Of course, it is most important that if you begin a program, you really invest time and energy into practicing the methods discussed as skills. Practice really can make perfect when it comes to managing anxiety and sustaining effort can pay off pretty quickly. Now i don;t think it 100% takes the place of seeing someone but it could still prove very useful if the more practical option. Here are some resources...
