I took 2 doses of zoloft by mistake - 200 in the early morning and 200 by about 2pm - do I need to worry

No you do not need to worry, the class of medications such as Zoloft are one of the safest ones out there, in fact that is why they are safely used in depression and anxiety as people cannot commit suicide with them. No need to worry, you may experience a headache or stomach upset but otherwise you will be fine and can resume taking your medication the next day as usual.
