I have a lot of anxiety. I am a caregiver to my 73 year old

Customer Question

I have a lot of anxiety.
JA: How long have you been dealing with this? Is there anything in particular that seems to make the symptoms better or worse?
Customer: I am a caregiver to my 73 year old mother with dementia. It's difficult. I have lived with her for 2 years now. I worry a lot for her.
JA: Anything else in your medical history you think the psychologist should know?
Customer: I seem to be going into menopause. I am 43 years old with hot flashes and panic attacks for no reason. No doctor here seems to care.

Dear customer,

Thanks for contacting Justanswer.

What is your question? What do your doctors say? Have you considered therapy? Were any investigations done?
