Customer Question

I've been in psychodynamic psychotherapy for 3 years. I'm having a hard time because I'm thinking about my dr 24/7 and get jealous that he has other patients. I'm very familiar with transference, etc, but I can't stop feeling this way. I've told my psychiatrist but it doesn't seem to lessen my upset about it all

Are you processing this in therapy? If it's psychodynamic in orientation, you should be working through it with your therapist. Also, how many times a week are you in therapy?

I'd prefer to not continue this conversation please do not send any further emails as I didn't know you'd be doing so and I don't need my husband seeing any of this. Thanks
