Hello and thank you for using JustAnswer. I am so sorry that you are struggling with these symptoms, I can understand how frustrating this can be for you. Quetiapine is usually an effective antipsychotic medication that has strong mood stabilizing properties, but of course not everyone responds well to this medication. I would recommend that you ask your doctor to switch you from the Quetiapine to a mood stabilizer like Sodium Valproate or Lamotrigine. Both of these mood stabilizers are very effective in controlling your mood symptoms and have a good effect on lessening anxiety as well. Both mood stabilizers will not cause the serious fatigue that you have been feeling as well so this may be a good change for you to help increase your energy and motivation. In addition, you may also want to ask your doctor to start you on a benzodiazepine like Clonazepam if your anxiety is very severe as benzodiazepines are considerably strong and lessen anxiety within an hour of ingestion. If you are stable on one of the mood stabilizers and the benzodiazepine, you may not need the Duloxetine anymore, but you and your doctor should discuss that if you respond well to this regimen of a mood stabilizer and benzodiazepine.
